Order Confirmation & Tracking

When you place an order with UrbanZaveri, we send you an email that confirms your order. Upon shipping, we send you another email. You can easily track your order with the details mentioned in this email. In case of any difficulty, you can contact our Customer Care at info@urbanzaveri.com

Shipping Partners

We want your UrbanZaveri items to be delivered to you in excellent condition, and always on time. Taking great care in delivering your order, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

Shipping Locations

Presently, we accept orders within India only. However, we Intent to expand internationally as we grow.

Shipping Times

We work with India's largest and most-established couriers to ensure the broadest delivery coverage across the countries we service.

Orders generally are delivered within 3-7 working days after order confirmation for tier 1 cities. For Tier 2 Indian cities, customers can expect orders to reach them within 7-10 working days. Please note that these times reflect the general guidelines and are subject to change due to weather, other environmental conditions or high traffic times. UrbanZaveri is not responsible for any delays in the delivery process once a package has shipped from our warehouse. If customers require special delivery timeframes or conditions, they should contact our customer service team upon order placement with the details (info@urbanzaveri.com).

 

Shipping Fees 

 standard shipping is FREE for orders of Rs 1000 or more*

- All orders below Rs 1000 will incur a shipping fee of Rs. 99 per order

*certain PIN codes within India are not covered as part of the standard delivery process & as such are chargeable at a flat shipping fee of Rs 300.

 

CANCELLATION & RETURNS

Returns

If you believe your desired UrbanZaveri product hasn’t reached you in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact our Customer Care at info@UrbanZaveri.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall re-deliver your order at the earliest possible time. As Much as we would like to accept your returns at any time, to be fair to all parties involved in the creation of UrbanZaveri designs, Products can be returned within two weeks (15 days of being delivered)

Cancellations

You can cancel your order anytime before it is processed by going to your My Account page and selecting the order and clicking on Cancel. If the Cancel option is not available, then it means we have already started to process your order, so you will need to contact us directly in order to initiate the cancellation process. To contact us, please call us or send an email with your complete order information to info@urbanzaveri.com

We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests at any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.

Tampered Packaging

If you believe your desired UrbanZaveri product hasn’t reached you in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact our Customer Care at info@urbanzaveri.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall re-deliver your order at the earliest possible time.

 

Damaged Product(s)

We take great care to ensure that your UrbanZaveri products reach you in excellent condition. In the unlikely event that your UrbanZaveri product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, or that we have delivered a product that you did not order, you must register a complaint with us within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the product.

You should email us a photo of the damaged product at info@urbanzaveri.com.The products will be reviewed by our customer service team and will be eligible for immediate replacement or refund. The means of settling this replacement or refund lies at your discretion:

a. You may choose to have us send you a replacement of the appropriate item immediately OR

b. You may choose to get a full refund on your credit card or debit card 

Please note that all original shipping charges are non-refundable. The refund process will be completed within 5-7 working days, once the returned product is received and after our Quality Control team gives its approval.

 

Registering A Return Request

To help us help you better, please provide the following details while registering your Return Request: Order Number, Invoice Number, Order Date & Amount, and Nature of Complaint.

We will issue a Return Request number as a reference. Our courier will collect the package from you by giving reference to your Return Request number and will issue an Airwaybill. Please do not hand over the parcel to the courier unless an Airway bill is issued to you.

 

All returns are subject to the discretion of UrbanZaveri

Please know that our Returns Policy has been created to facilitate the process and ensure your love for UrbanZaveri products continues. After all, we’re happy when you’re happy!

Refund Policy

The refund process will be completed within 5-7 working days, once the returned product is received and after our Quality Control team gives its approval

You may choose to get a full refund on your credit card or debit card or a return cash payment in the event of a COD purchase
